When running the FC Central Lite Software, if you encounter the error "Sentinel Key Not Found (H0007)", the causes may be as follows:

  1. The USB is not properly recognized by the computer.
  2. The FC Central Lite Software is incorrectly installed.

For case 1, you will need to reinstall the driver. If you do not have the file, please contact us at service@bionet-europe.com. If your purchase history is confirmed, we will send you the driver.

For case 2, please try reinstalling the FC Central Lite Software you own, and also test it on another computer to verify whether it works properly.

Beim Ausführen der FC Central Lite Software kann der Fehler "Sentinel Key Not Found (H0007)" auftreten. Die Ursachen hierfür sind:

  1. Der USB-Stick wird vom Computer nicht richtig erkannt.
  2. Die FC Central Lite Software wurde fehlerhaft installiert.

Im Fall 1 ist eine Neuinstallation des Treibers erforderlich. Falls Sie die Datei nicht besitzen, wenden Sie sich bitte an service@bionet-europe.com. Nach Bestätigung Ihres Kaufnachweises senden wir Ihnen den Treiber zu.

Im Fall 2 installieren Sie bitte Ihre vorhandene FC Central Lite Software erneut und prüfen Sie außerdem auf einem anderen Computer, ob das Programm dort einwandfrei funktioniert.
